Almund Privacy Policy

Almund "the App” provides an outcome based customer data platform for direct to consumer brands to create Avatars (Avatar is a feature where data of customers are segmented and grouped so the merchant can read the data of their customers in the form of avatars) and make informed actions to drive revenue growth "the Service" to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Integrations

“Integrations” (or “Data Integrations”): refers to connectors, like application programming interfaces, that enable to source data, such as web analytics service, which CLIENT might use in order to compute its marketing data. For example, Shopify, Google Analytics

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

  • Read orders, transactions, and fulfillments : To track orders, transaction and fulfillment data and provide related analytics and metrics to the merchant.
  • Read locations : To use the Location resource to track sales, manage inventory.
  • Read fulfillment orders assigned to fulfillment services : The AssignedFulfillmentOrder resource allows you to retrieve all the fulfillment orders of the customers, that data is used to provide related analytics and metrics to the merchant.
  • Read Shopify Payments balance and payouts : The shop's payouts and balance are tracked to analyse and provide metrics related to the shop’s financials.
  • Read products, variants, Images and collections : To get access to the shop's product details and related information to provide analytics and metrics related to the products.
  • Read customer details and customer groups : To read information about a shop's customers, such as their contact details, their order history, and whether they've agreed to receive email marketing and delivery information to provide related analytics and metrics to the merchant.
  • Read reports : To read data related to the shop's analytics.

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Google Analytics account:

Non-Sensitive scopes:

  • auth/userinfo.email - See your primary Google Account email address.
  • auth/userinfo.profile - See your personal info, including any personal info you've made publicly available.
  • openid - Associate you with your personal info on Google.
  • auth/analytics.provision - Create a new Google Analytics account along with its default property and view.

Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed the App:

    − Contact Information, including name, email address, mailing address, communication preferences and browser user agents.
    − Inquiry Information, including information provided in custom messages sent through the forms or contact information provided on our Site.
    − Account Information, including name, industry, employer, title, company logo, email address,username and password, profile information, payment and purchase history information, and any other information you provided to us, including any data you provide to us to calculate metrics. Please note we utilize a third-party provider to process payments on our behalf and do not accept payment directly through our Site.

We do not collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies: “Cookies” . The usage of cookies through our site or app is subject to change.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We may use Personal Information we collect to:

    − Fulfill or meet the reason the information was provided, such as to fulfill our contractual obligations, to deliver the Services you have requested and to process transactions;
    − Manage our organization and its day-to-day operations;
    − Connect and input data from your third-party accounts;

Do we collect information from minors

Our Services are not directed to, and we do not intend to, or knowingly, collect or solicit Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If an individual is under the age of 18, they should not use our Services or otherwise provide us with any Personal Information either directly or by other means. If a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Information to us, we encourage the child’s parent or guardian to contact us to request that we remove the Personal Information from our systems.
